Today was the second time my brother and I went to Pizza and Beyond. The food (chicken parm sandwiches) last week was great and we wanted to check out more of the menu.I had an 8" pizza today, which as I told the owner was "freakin' awesome!!!!!" My brother had the Big Daddy Club, to which my son is now addicted. For all the local Yankee transplants in the Charlotte area, this is THE place to go if you're missing TRUE Yankee Italian food. I know my family and I will definitely become regulars at Pizza and Beyond!! The chef..I think his name is Jimmy (gotta find out)rocks the kitchen. I just can't say enough good things about the management, wait staff and kitchen staff. You guys have brought HOME to NC!!!!!! Katt, Doug (and Matthew)
